Knihovna Kroměřížska

Knihovna Kroměřížska is the public library of Kroměříž, a Moravian city included in the Unesco World Heritage Sites list for its castle and gardens. The library is a gathering and education place open to all. It is the biggest library in the region of Kroměříž and was founded in 1897 by the town of Kroměříž.

Its users include seniors, students, children and unemployed, socially or physically disadvantaged people. The library lends books, e-books, audiobooks, magazines, music, films. It also offers free access to the internet. Knihovna Kroměřížska also organizes and hosts cultural and educational events, lectures, movie projections and many other initiatives.
