On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the Romanian coordinator held a dissemination activity to share what we’ve learned so far.
On 13 September 2019, Cheritage coordinator, Valcea County Library, participated in the round table “Cultural Heritage in Libraries and Archives”. The meeting was organized by Valcea County Department of National Archives within the European Heritage Days and gathered specialists in the field of cultural heritage.
On the occasion, Valcea County Library presented the “Visual Library of Cultural Heritage – an Erasmus + project for awareness of national and European Heritage”. The idea was to share the Cheritage learning methods, tools, and outputs, so to facilitate their transfer into different areas of interest. The teachers, historians, librarians, archivists, cultural managers who participated in the meeting have in fact a huge potential in implementing the results of the project in their activities.
Valcea County Library also made a practical demonstration of how to use Augmented Reality and invited all participants to access the project website for updates and further information.
